How to Stay Focused When You are Exhausted! Watch Video Segment

Because unfortunately we cannot always call out when we are robbed of our sleep… here are some tips to get you through the day, safety! First off drink a lot of water!! Make sure you are very well hydrated because one of the earliest signs of dehydration is tiredness. Second is to keep moving! We instinctively want to sit or get comfortable, this is dangerous and it is hard to keep moving once you get there! Next, many vitamins can help your energy tremendously: B-Vitamins, Fo-Ti, Ginseng. I hope these tips help! Quick question, I wanted to start uploading more personal videos one here… for example, Mid march my husband and I are going to India.
