Advancing Patient Safety Beyond the Hospital

As health care consolidation continues and organizations move to a greater focus on system-based care and increasingly complex care is being provided outside of hospitals and in patients' homes, now is the time to consider how to advance patient safety in ambulatory settings and across the entire care continuum.

Speakers include experts from IHI, AHRQ, and Stanford Health. This program is offered free of charge but registration is required. Learn more and register.

Individuals: Take the Pledge

We encourage health care professionals and consumers to take a pledge to help reduce harm in health care. These pledges are meant to underscore the fact that there are actions each of us can take to improve care across the care continuum.?
