Job Description:

As the Assistant to the Director of Registration & Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining our Learning Management System.

Qualifications:
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Associates Degree
  • Knowledge with a LMS, Canvas preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • HTML coding preferred, but not required

    1. Syllabus
    2. Dates
    3. Zoom Link Announcements
    4. Web Link & Image Checks
  2. Updating Assignments/Exams
    1. Updating Rubrics
    2. Updating Proctoring Services
    3. Inputting New Exams/Quizzes
    4. Updating Assignment Information & Links
  3. Maintaining Student Information Page
  4. End of Course Survey Links
    1. Upload & Publish
  5. Maintaining Student Orientation Courses
  6. Maintaining Instructor Orientation Courses
  7. Any additional work provided by Director of Registration and Instructional Design
